What's included in the flat rate?
One rate covers the whole job: crew, portable studio, travel, photography, instant selection, one retouched image per person, and a company gallery directory. Kemp Photography does not add admin fees or travel surcharges.

You provide a room about 10 feet wide by 20 feet deep with roughly 10-foot ceilings, and an outlet.
Optional add-ons: extra retouched images ($50 per image, purchased in the gallery), group composites ($50 per person for retouching and compositing; group subjects are photographed separately from headshots, with a different lighting setup), hair and makeup, and a pamper station ($650 per day).
What does it cost per person?
Divide the day rate by the number of people you photograph. Example: a $4,850 Full Day with 150 people is about $32 each. The table below is illustrative only. It shows how Full Day math falls as headcount rises. It is not a per-person price.

Why is flat-rate pricing cheaper per person for bigger teams?
Because setup, travel and crew time are mostly fixed. Photographing 150 people takes the same setup as photographing 50. The day rate stays put, so the per-person cost falls as headcount rises.
