Kemp Photography brings a complete portable studio to your Tampa Bay office and photographs the whole team in one visit. Half-day and full-day flat rates, travel included. Our own crew, trained in-house, sets up in a single room and photographs people back to back.

Why Tampa Bay teams book an on-site headshot day
Tampa Bay is a financial-services, healthcare and defense-adjacent market with a hospitality economy underneath it. Wealth management and banking back offices occupy Westshore and downtown St. Petersburg. Hospital systems and physician groups spread from Tampa through Clearwater. MacDill Air Force Base anchors a cluster of defense and technology contractors. Port Tampa Bay and the cruise and logistics trade bring shipping and freight companies into the mix, and insurance carriers fill out the rest.
The needs differ. A contractor's capture team needs a polished bio page for proposals. A wealth firm needs advisor portraits that read as trustworthy on a website and in a client email. A medical group wants physicians and staff on one visual standard. An insurance office wants account managers who look friendly on a quote.
The shared headache is the same: scheduling forty people into individual studio visits. One day at the office removes it.
How a headshot day works in a Tampa Bay office
Westshore has the classic corporate-park layout: mid-rise towers, structured parking and a reception desk. Downtown Tampa and Channelside add some street-level loading and tighter garages. St. Petersburg offices downtown are often smaller buildings where the elevator is the bottleneck. In Oldsmar, Lutz, Brandon and Wesley Chapel, you find suburban campuses with open lots.
For secure or badge-controlled sites, give us the access process in advance so there are no delays at the gate. Building management can request a certificate of insurance.
On the day:
- Reserve the date with a 50 percent retainer.
- We confirm a space of about 10 by 20 feet with an outlet.
- The crew arrives about an hour before the first sitting.
- Sittings last two to three minutes each.
- Employees preview images on the spot and pick one in a private gallery.
- Retouched finals are typically delivered in one to two weeks, along with a roster of selections.

What does a corporate headshot day cost in Tampa?
Pricing is by the day. Half Day: $3,600, about 50 to 60 portraits. Full Day: $4,850, about 150 to 250. The crew's trip from California is part of the flat rate, with no mileage or airfare line.
| Package | Flat rate | Typical headcount | Illustrative cost per person |
|---|---|---|---|
| Half Day | $3,600 | ~50 to 60 | about $60 to $72 |
| Full Day | $4,850 | ~150 to 250 | about $19 to $32 |
| Multi-set or multi-day | Quoted | Larger teams | Depends on scope |
The per-person column is illustration. The price belongs to the day. If your Tampa Bay team is 70 or 80 people, a full day with a relaxed schedule usually beats trying to squeeze everyone into a half day.

Multi-office companies with a Tampa Bay location
Tampa is a popular second or third office for companies headquartered in the Northeast or Midwest. A shared directory should not betray which office has the better photographer.
Kemp Photography uses one lighting and backdrop recipe for every site and tries to keep the same lead photographer. For Sentry Insurance, the team produced 552 headshots in offices across 12 states in about a month. As for Tampa, we travel from Orange County and run no local studio. We would rather say that than imply otherwise.

Tampa Bay headshot day FAQ
What do on-site corporate headshots cost around Tampa?
Half day: $3,600 flat, which suits roughly 50 to 60 people. A full day is $4,850 for roughly 150 to 250. Flat rates, travel from Orange County included, same figure whether you are in Westshore, St. Petersburg or Clearwater. Larger teams and multi-site plans are quoted.
We have people on both sides of the bay. Can you cover that?
Yes. Tampa and St. Petersburg are a short drive apart over the bridges, and a crew can shoot an office on each side on consecutive days. Pick whichever location has the bigger headcount for the full day, and we will price the pair together.
What do you need in a Westshore or Downtown building?
A quiet room of roughly 10 by 20 feet and an outlet. Managed towers often want a loading window and a certificate of insurance, which is available on request. Send your building's checklist at booking and we plan the arrival around it.
Can you work with a defense or secure-facility team?
We can shoot in any room that your security process lets us enter. Tell us at booking about badging, escorts and equipment screening, and we will plan for it. Many such sites prefer a visitor-friendly space, such as a lobby-side conference room.
How far ahead should we book?
Sooner is better, since a 50 percent retainer is what reserves a date. If you are lining up headshots for a hiring push or a rebrand, share the target week and we will confirm whether it is free before you commit.
Will staff in the field or at home be left out?
They do not have to be. Plan the day for when remote and hybrid staff come in, and handle later hires on a return visit with the same lighting recipe so the page stays uniform.
