The flow:
- Book. Send location, headcount, and preferred dates. A 50 percent retainer reserves the day.
- Space. You line up a room around 10 by 20 feet with an outlet. We confirm the layout before the day.
- Setup. About an hour ahead of the first sitting, the crew rolls in and builds the studio.
- Sessions. Two to three minutes per person in front of the camera, typically 9am to 4pm with a lunch break.
- Selection. People see images right away and pick a favorite from a private gallery.
- Delivery. Retouching on each selected image is included. Finals usually arrive within one to two weeks, with a roster page for the whole team.

Can you cover Burbank, El Segundo, and Downtown in the same week? Usually. We can run consecutive days at different sites using the same lighting and background setup, with the same lead photographer where possible. What if half our team works from home? That is normal here, so we plan for it. Stagger sessions so people can come in for ten minutes and head back out. A second short day is an option for stragglers. Tell us who is in the office on which days and we will build a schedule around that.
Who owns the photos once the job is done? Once you have paid, your company and each pictured employee can use their headshots for any commercial purpose, with no end date. Think website, LinkedIn, press, print, and directories. Kemp Photography keeps copyright and may show the work in its portfolio, but not confidential work without your written consent.
