Can Kemp Photography do nationwide corporate headshots?
Yes. Kemp Photography is based in Orange County, California, and travels to your offices anywhere in the U.S. Our internally trained crew sets up a full portable studio in each location. How do you keep every office consistent?
By running the same recipe everywhere: identical lighting setup, identical background, identical crop, and the same lead photographer where possible. One crew trained by Kemp Photography means one standard, not five photographers' interpretations of "professional."
The consistency recipe:
- Lighting. Same setup and positions at every location.
- Background. Same backdrop in every city.
- Framing. Same crop and head size so the images tile cleanly on your website.
- Posing. Same coaching approach, so expressions land the same way.

How does scheduling work across offices?
We build a custom schedule for each location and route the crew across them. Each office gets its own date, its own room, and its own employee schedule, managed by Kemp Photography. Your internal organizer in each city needs a room of about 10 by 20 feet and an outlet. That is it.
