What do Phoenix headshot days cost? Half Day is $3,600 for about 50 to 60 people. Full Day is $4,850 for about 150 to 250 people. No separate travel charge appears on the quote. A larger team or several Valley offices get a custom multi-set or multi-day price.
Can you do Scottsdale, Tempe and Chandler offices in the same week? Usually, yes. The Valley's offices are close together by freeway, so one crew can move site to site within the same week. We keep the same backdrop and lighting everywhere so staff in Scottsdale, Tempe and Chandler look like one team, even though they work in different cities.
Can you also cover our Tucson office? Yes. Tucson is a couple of hours south of Phoenix, so we can add it to the same trip, and we have shot in both cities before. A Tucson half day pairs naturally with a Phoenix full day, with the same lighting and backdrop so both offices match.
Do you work around summer heat and early starts? Everything happens indoors, so heat only matters for parking and arrival. We can build the schedule around early starts if that suits your team. Tell us when your people are in the building and we will fit short sessions around their calendars instead of the other way around.
What does our building need to provide? A room about 10 by 20 feet and an outlet. Most Valley office parks have a training or conference room that works well.
