- Confirm the space. You tell us which room, which floor and what building management needs. We send a COI on request.
- Setup. The crew arrives about an hour before the first session and builds the studio: light stands, backdrop, camera and a monitor.
- Shoot. Roughly two to three minutes per person in front of the camera. Staff come in scheduled slots so the floor keeps working.
- Select. People see their images right away or in a private online gallery and choose a favorite.
- Deliver. Retouching of the chosen image is included. Final images typically arrive within one to two weeks.
Our kit is compact, so it rides a freight elevator and fits through standard office doors. If your space is a shared floor in a co-working tower, tell us the tenant rules and we plan around them.
